Reorder Point Calculator — PP & Safety Stock

How it works Enter the demand parameters for each product. The system calculates:
Safety Stock (SS) = Z × σd × √Lead Time  |  Reorder Point (PP) = (Avg demand/day × Lead Time) + SS
Use "Apply PP → Min Stock" to save the calculated value to the database.

Auto-Optimizer — Min Stock desde Planillas

How it works The system analyses the accumulated planilla data, calculates the average weekly consumption per product and suggests a new min_stock using the formula:
Suggested Min = ⌈ Weekly avg × (Lead Time weeks + 0.5 safety buffer) ⌉
Select the period, run the analysis and apply changes with one click. Phase-out products (min = 0) are never touched.

Profitability — Last 12 Months

Revenue and gross margin per product based on retail sales. Hard cheese revenue = portions × 0.145 kg × price/kg. Use this to identify which cheeses are driving the most profit.

Monthly retail revenue trend — last 12 months

Shows total revenue across all cheese products per month. Use this to identify seasonal patterns and year-on-year growth.

Selected Month vs Same Month Last Year

Compares retail revenue week by week for the current month against the same month last year. If the blue line is above the green line, we are performing better than last year.

Revenue Projection — Next 6 Months

Estimated revenue for the next 6 months based on same-month performance from last year (seasonality-adjusted). Use this for production planning and purchasing decisions.
